2008 Committee Members

Uniform Committee
Duties: Help size players at registration, order all supplies for uniforms, distribute to teams

Planning Committee
Duties: Establish dates etc. for the upcoming season

Budget Committee
Duties: Establish and monitor operating budget for each season

Sign Committee
Duties: Maintain, manage and promote Outfield Sign program

Fund Raising Committee
Duties: Organize and operate all fundraising activities, create new ideas for revenue

Trophies and Awards Committee
Duties: Organize, purchase and distribute end-of-season trophies and/or awards

Registration Committee
Duties: Plan "set-up" and organize registration days

Program Committee
Duties: Coordinate with registration to produce program, sell advertising and distribute

Picture Day Committee
Duties: Plan Dates and coordinate with selected photographer all picture day activities and schedule

Protest Committee
Duties: Meet as needed to arbitrate game protests and/or disputes

Background Check Committee
Duties: Coordinate and manage background checks for managers and coaches

By-Laws Committee
Duties: Periodically review, revise and provide interpretations of by-laws as needed

Maintenance Organization Committee
Duties: Plan, schedule maintenance work days and recruit workers

Duties: Manage and plan day to day operations of league concession stands
