The Big Question About Composite Bats

There have been several questions flying around about the ability to use composite bats in the Little League Organizations. The basic truth is that they are not allowed at any level. However Little League has heard the cries about how some composite bats are not as great a risk as others. They have done some testing and given waivers for some composite bats.
